There has been a minor problem with the installation program, and it has failed to install shortcut(s) on your desktop and/or Start menu. You can start the program by going to the folder where Elevate is installed (normally c:\Program Files\Elevate) and double clicking on the Elevate icon. You can install shortcuts yourself (ask your system administrator or Peters Research technical support if necessary). Alternatively, uninstalling Elevate and re-installing can sometimes solve the problem.
