Elevate generates a one hour traffic profile based a non-peak traffic situation.  The total traffic Demand, as a percentage of the building population, is 2% for 20 minutes, then 3% for 20 minutes, then 4% for 20 minutes.

The traffic generated is divided into three parts, 10% incoming, 10% outgoing and 80% interfloor.
