Elevate generates the traffic based on increasing Demand.  At the start of the simulation the demand is at the Minimum level.  It then increases in steps until the Maximum level is reached.  The Time duration, as well as the Step height can be defined.

Traffic is divided into three parts, % incoming, % outgoing and % interfloor.
